About The Artist

Rachel Ore was born in California in 1996. At the age of two she suffered a stroke and was diagnosed with Aphasia and later Rheumatoid Arthritis. She has been able to overcome all the obstacles in her path and wants to share her story and love of fantasy and art with everyone. 

She was blessed with a vivid imagination and a gift of art from a very young age. Rachel created the Pixie Dogs at age 13. Starting with her first book, Pixie Dogs… “It’s Not Easy Being A Princess” she has been perfecting their world ever since and now wants to share that world with you. 

Rachel is dedicating this first book to her Nana, who was always an encouragement in her life.
